Goldstein Auto Group is seeking an Service Appointment Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of our growing auto group. You would be working in a fast-paced service department with the top priority of setting service appointments via telephone and the internet. We are currently looking for a career-minded individual who is immediately available to start a full-time career.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set service appointments for customers via telephone or internet
  • Make post-service calls
  • Ask customers about their experience during their service appointment
  • Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity
  • Attention to detail and friendly, professional phone delivery

  • Customer Service experience is required
