Goldstein Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Accounting Staff employee. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of our growing auto group. You would be working for our centralized accounting office that supports all our stores with everyday processes. We are currently looking for a career-minded individual who is immediately available to start a full-time career.
Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position. Applicants need prior experience with packaging finance contracts, proofing DMV paperwork, and have previously used an automotive DMS like ADP/CDK/Reynolds&Reynolds. Candidates will be considered based on their knowledge of deal processing, automotive accounting, motor vehicle processing, and auction processes. - Ensure transactions are completed with attention to detail
- Package transactions for DMV and finance institutions
- Organize and process payments and receive and post transactions
- Keep up to date on regulations for both State DMV and Federal Finance regulations
- Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity
- Attention to detail, accurate typing, and proficiency in MicroSoft Word and Excel
WHAT IS REQUIRED?
- Previous Automotive Administrative experience is required
- Previously used an automotive DMS like ADP/CDK/Reynolds&Reynolds
- Candidates will be considered based on their knowledge of deal processing, automotive accounting, motor vehicle processing, and auction processes
