  • Salary: $15 - $16 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

Hiring Immediately. This is a Part-Time Position.

The Goldstein Auto Group is seeking Customer Service Representatives to add to our growing sales and service department. We are searching for energetic people who understand true customer service to help us keep up with increased traffic.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Customer Service Representative candidates should have experience in a customer facing role, fielding and handling phone calls, and curating customer data. Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a professional appearance and have solid communication skills. Come join our team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Field incoming requests, both phone and internet, for sales and service related information

  • Set appointments for the sales and service departments as requested by customers

  • Keep current on all manufacturer and dealership related training and knowledge

  • Uphold the integrity of the dealership with exceptional customer satisfaction scores

  • Continue to follow up our clients after the sale for lasting relationships

  • Use our customer retention software to help maintain client data
